Job's Daughters International is a Masonic-sponsored youth organization for girls and young women aged 10 to 20. The organization is commonly referred to as simply Job's Daughters or Jobies, and sometimes abbreviated as JDI (or IOJD, referring to its longtime former name, International Order Of Job's Daughters). Job's Daughters welcomes many religions and cultures. It is also a non profit organization, or a 501(c)3. This organization teaches teenage girls about project planning, leadership skills, and getting out and helping your community. It was founded in 1920 By Ethel T. Wead Mick. Since then is has grown to a world wide organization stretching from the Philippians, to England, Brazil, and all over the U.S.
